This course is designed to equip basic school teachers with the essential digital skills needed to create, deliver, and manage technology-enhanced learning experiences. In today’s rapidly evolving educational environment, teachers must not only understand ICT tools but be able to integrate them meaningfully into lesson planning, instructional delivery, assessment, and learner engagement. This course introduces participants to a range of digital tools—including learning management systems, multimedia creation tools, productivity applications, and collaborative platforms—and demonstrates how these tools can support interactive, student-centered teaching.

The target audience for this course includes both pre-service and in-service basic school teachers who are seeking to improve their digital competence and instructional effectiveness. Participants do not need advanced ICT experience; the course is structured to support learners at multiple skill levels.

Delivered entirely online through Moodle, the course uses videos, readings, hands-on tasks, collaborative discussions, and problem-based learning to build confidence and capacity. Learners will actively practice creating digital instructional materials, integrating technology into lessons, and applying best practices for digital pedagogy. Through structured guidance, peer interaction, and reflection, the course fosters a supportive community of inquiry that enhances teaching presence, social presence, and cognitive presence.
